Hi David,

That's terrific! 12m is my favourite band, and I always seem to be able to
work the expeditions on it!

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

Hi Kelvin and all

A triumph one day last week.
On both 10m and 12m I worked all 14 continents within an hour!

Hi Ron and All,

I'm definitely noticing fantastic conditions on all the higher bands at the
moment. The first noticeable peak for me in the current cycle was in Autumn
2011. Conditions have again improved, and been terrific since all the
expeditions in November 2013.

So far in 2014 I've worked 196 entities, so perhaps I'll get to the 200 this
week <smile>!

I hope the dire predictions for 10 metres until the next peak are wrong. I
suggest you make the most of what you can, now!

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

You guys are really making me want to get things up and running here. I've
only had the portable antennas for the last 5 years, or so, but we've just
moved into a new house, and, as soon as I can make it happen, I hope to put
up a horizontal loop, 25 to 30 feet above ground.

I don't want to miss the peak of the solar cycle.

I worked Stockholm and the Netherlands etc. via the KQ2H repeater on 29.62
in upstate New York and a number of stations simplex from CA. That is
usually around 9 or 10 a.m. PST then the band opens again later in the
afternoon to five land. Jim WA6EKS

All I have on 12 for an antenna is the G5RV at 40 feet. But it was enough
to work Switzerland and Luxembourg this morning on SSB. Lots of good CW
there, too. Oh, and the W1AW station in Idaho. Still looking for Kentucky.
