The parish (county) hasn appointed me to work with 911, office of homeland security, and 911 to come up with a plan for emergencies. There was someone appointed but he wasn't doing his job. I have a template that refers to necessary documents and was also told that some traing with the ARRL would be a good idea. I really don't know anything about all of this but will try to learn. Any thoughts and/or ideas would be appreciated. Really don't know where to begin. eoc
