Steve, I've notified the DOD folks as well as lots of others.  Nobody seems to
think its a big deal.  I have not even heard a peep from the DOJ people and the
Connecticut Better Business Bureau went as far as to say that because Omega
acknowledged their mistake in selling me the meter there was no actionable cause
because they offered to refund my money for the meter.  Needless to say, I'm
filing a complaint against the CT BBB with both the BBB Council and the DOJ.
