Hi Eric,

Really good to hear you're getting good service from Martin Lynch and Sons.
I know everyone has their favourite dealer, but I have to mention Richard
Whiting, in the ML&S workshop. He understands the needs of blind operators,
and he seems to fix almost anything <smile>!

When I worked full-time I had little spare time for radio, but I consoled
myself with the knowledge it was always there, and I'd pick it up one day!
As it happens, amateur radio has become really important to me. I just love
it! I thought I would really go for it last year, and worked 275 entities,
but the Active Elements website is taking priority so far in 2013 <wink>!

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

HI Kelvin,

You guys have a great radio store in England.

This is Martin Lynch and Sons.

I bought my Radio Mate keypad there which I use with my Yaesu FT817ND.

Also purchased a few portable antennas from them like the Wonder Wand.

These seem better than the Canadian Miracle Whip.

Even though I had to call them at 3 am my time I have received exemplary
service from them.

Probably going to play with my magnetic loops this weekend.

I work as a Braille Specialist for the California Department of
Rehabilitation and usually when I come home I'm too exhausted to play h am
radio.

Have a great weekend.
73,

Eric
