Congrats on the new addition to the shack, Junior.

I don't know anything about the ALS500, but if you are looking for a good
high-power auto-tuner, I'd recommend the MFJ 998.

As you know, a number of us on the list have this unit, and from what I've
heard, it has served us well, at least for the most part.
