Thank you very much Albert. I know where Greenville is. I used to sell
software etc. to ECU and a long time ago I went to school at NCSU and ECU
always won the football games between us (no surprise).
I have been looking at the ts-590 for some time and am hoping to get one
before long. I had thought about the ts-990 but when I heard the price when
the announced it, it didn't take long to make the decision on the 590. I
don't have enough experience or knowledge to drive something like the ts-990
anyway. I hope to talk with you sometime soon on the air. Thank you for
responding,
Kent

Hello Kent,
Welcome to the list. I am in Greenville NC, home of the East Carolina
University Pirates!
If you're looking for an HF rig that is accessible you should look at the
Kenwood TS-590.

Albert, WA7FXB
