        Hi Albert,

Go back in to menu 405 and hit your right arrow a few times to make sure 
your at the end of the text string, and hit delete.  That should get rid of 
the A.  If that doesn't do it, then try backspace instead.

Hi Bob and List,
I got the tmv71A set up for crossband and all is well. Now I have another
question. When I entered my call sign in menu #405 (rpt.ID I got an extra
character at the end of my entry so now the rig i d's as "w ay 7 f x b ay".
How do I get rid of that last character?
