Glad that I am not the only one experiencing problems.  I think something strange is going on.  They have reset my password and say they can get in.  I can too but no matter what I click on I get the message saying that I have to be a member to access this page.  I am to be appointed to be the EC for my parish/county and you have to be an active member of the arrl.  I have been trying since Monday.  If anyone has any success getting access to arrl working please let me know.  I am totally frustrated.
