If you have, or had this radio or one of its higher power siblings, perhaps
you can answer a question for me.

How do you persuade it to store the pl tone in memory?

I can write the frequencies just fine, but can't make the pl stick. Every
time I change to another channel, the pl goes away, and has to be reset.
