The MC-85 is known for problems, but there is a fix for it, I forget what it
is, but a friend of mine did it and once you do that fix it's just like the
MC-80 in sound which to me, is 1 of the best sounds out there, it's a good
mic I think it sounds about as good as the gold line, close enough that I
could never justify spending that much money for a gold line.
