Tom,
I installed 4.8 when it first came out a while ago. No issues at all and it
has a really nice feature where it uses the Microsoft SAPI voice to announce
DX spots aloud, regardless of what window has focus. The SAPI voice is
different enough from the Jaws Eloquence voice that it's fairly easy to
listen to both at the same time.

73,
Jim

Mike:

I did read about this, and plan to install A C Log version 4.8 here at some
point.

If you end up installing the new update, please let us know how it goes.

I still haven't resolved the annoying issue I'm having with the P A Q P
contest logging software for this week-end's upcoming contest, so may just
have to work around it.

In case you haven't read his announcements lately, both the general Amateur
Contact Log software, as well as the various contest logs have recently been
updated.
