Hi everyone. I have heard some news on the new digital scanners that are
coming out, and this is an issue that may more then likely pertain to us
being blind. I guess that this radio's programming is much like the
BC780XLT which you program with menus. Inspite of this radio's lack of
the ability to scan the faster control channels I am still considering the
purchase because with the exception of the state of Michigan everything
else that is digital is trackable. I'm just wondering wwat the problems
are with the 780, because more then likely when something does come out
that will work with the faster speed control channel it will use menus as
well.
