Actually, I think I can design it so that the Diamond VHF/UHF antenna will
be right in line with the center-point of the Buddipole dipole antenna.

Now, my only other problem is how to mount the diamond antenna to the
painter's pole.

The painter's pole is fiber-glass, so I am afraid that "U" bolts might be
too hard on the pole.  Maybe something like hose clamps, but I'm not yet
sure.

Again, maybe the RV mounting kit I'm going to look into will help.

Please keep your thoughts coming.  I'm not an expert at designing antenna
systems--Just trying to use what I remember from license exams and previous
experience.
