Hi Albert,

I have two THF6A's and both came with a belt clip that screws to the back of 
the radio, an antenna, battery charger, and a canvas like case that has a 
decent belt clip that has a quick release so you don't have to take the clip 
off your belt.  The case fits the radio skin tight so that you have to 
remove the belt clip from the radio to get it into the case.  In fact, it is 
somewhat difficult to get the radio into the case because of the tight fit.

These radio's were purchased around 2004 and 2006.  Perhaps the case is now 
an option to keep the initial cost down and charge you more later.
