The possibility of a government shut down has been in the news for weeks now 
and whether right or wrong anyone with a bit of knowledge should know where 
the government is concerned anything is possible.  They should have done 
like Howard did and thought in advance and got the books before this 
problem.  This is ham related because of Q S T which some of us receive.  73
