Mike, right up against the back of the radio on top of the plug there is a 
little space which needs pushing down and then pulling the plug out.  I use 
a small screwdriver to push the thing down.   good luck  73

Hello list,

Currently I'm using the TS590's DC power cable to connect my radio to its 
power supply. I had no trouble connecting the cable, but I can't figure out 
how to disconnect it when I have to. That things really locked in there, and 
I can't find a tab or anything to unlock it.
