yes, it does have cross band repeat.
so does the anytone at5888uv, but it doesn't have speech capability.
Very similar price point though.

Bear in mind, the wouxun 920 mobile did have some pretty serious intermod 
issues in the last prototype and I'm not sure if those were fixed before it 
hit the US market.
I'm on the anytone at5888uv yahoo list and a couple of the guys there have 
both radios receive as prototype versions.  The wouxun 920r did perform 
well, except for some overloading issues from intermod and the common 2M 
birdies and so on...beyond that though, it appears to be a comparable rig to 
any of the other dual banders available on the market from the big three.
