On the first day of my longest job, my boss gave me some very good advice.
1.        Never be afraid to expose your ignorance.
2.       2.  Never dip your pen in the company ink.
3.       I kept that job for 12.5 years, and never forgot that advice.
4.       It is still good to follow.
