Yep, figured that.  I ust to do that on irlp but if you had different 
node numbers, it really confused the system.  One cool trick I've found 
works here, doesn't on all systems.  I have my modem set up in bridge 
mode and feed a router.  If I put in a network switch and hook up two 
routers to the modem, it assigns addresses to both, gives me two 
different addresses for testing two nodes or whatever.
