Tom,
Everyone has their way of doing things. My 2 Cents worth -
I prefer all Contacts either a QSO or Contest be in ACLOG. You can update
Confirmed LOTW contacts using ACLOG. The main reason I like having all
contacts is that if I am having a QSO I can see if we have met in a Contest.
The interest in Contesting can lead to a longer QSO and I have made several
friends in Europe this way.

Thanks so much for this clarification, Mike.

Again, I probably won't get to all of this until the summer, but this is
very helpful to me right now.

It just gives me an idea of what will need to be done, and how to do it.

I've been good at saving all my logs into ADIF format, so hopefully, that
will be a good start when the time comes.

Tom,

You could bring everything into AC Log, but there is no real reason to do
that.

Also, since AC Log does not provide for serial numbers, I'm not sure where
those would land during the import process for something like a sweepstakes
log..

Just sign and upload each individual contest log to your LOTW account, and
LOTW will do the rest.

I don't know if there is a way to view your entire LOTW log. Perhaps someone
else can weigh in on that.

If, however, I search for a given call in my LOTW log, I will see every
entry of that call, which both Jaws and System Access will read with no
problem.
