You can find all of the info on setting up gmail as a pop3 account on the 
gmail site.  This is how I set it up.

Tom, or anyone else who may know the answer, do you know the exact addresses
for outgoing and incoming mail for Gmail?  Like is incoming mail address
imap.gmail.com and outgoing smtp.gmail.com?  I don't have a Gmail account at
this time, but it might be handy to know if I ever get one.
