Hi!

When accessing her gmail, does your friend log directly into gmail via the
Internet, or does she access it via a third-party email application like
Outlook? Perhaps a bit more detail on the problem would help to figure this
out.

73,
Richard KK6MRH

All, I'm trying to help a non ham blind lister who's frustrated when posting
a give away item and tries to untangle the threading of messages, in order
for her to properly act on responses to her posts.
Although it's pretty much a snap with an ios device, the how, where, and
when to do so on a PC, illudes both she and me!
Please reply off list to me, and I'll forward your answer to her!
Thank You So Much!
Danny Dyer, Wb4idu.
