Phil,

I'm really not sure how  all this works out.  PJ2T is always on in the 
big contests.  I've worked him a few times on 160 over the years from 
what I think is the now deleted country of netherlands Antillies.   So I 
suppose I have a good shot at getting him on 160 for a new country  from 
whatever the new entity will be.

I haven't played much RTTY this year, but JARTS is this weekend.  I'm 
going to try the 480 on RTTY for the first time and see if I can  grab a 
few of those new ones.
