It seems like pretty good stuff, but again, I don't know for sure how 
weather and moisture resistant it truly is.

Find out the exact make/brand of the coax and contact the manufacturer.  Ask
the people at HRO.  I'm sure they will have the specifications.  I am not
sure if all coax has that characteristic.
