Has the spectra had the capacitors in it replaced? especially the 900 MHz
ones had capacitors that when they got old they'd leak and if left too long
that way can ruin the board but most people who take them in the 900 MHz ham
band replace them. Has that been done to that one? Also, it has a separate
transmitter? is it just an amplifier or was that setup as a repeater?
