Hi John,

I heard that guy as well.  He said he was using an amplified D104 for 
the first time and asked the guy he was talking to, a regular 
contact, whether he sounded all right.  His friend said he soundedc 
better than he ever had  before.  Obviously he didn't tune up and 
down from the main frequency.
