I've heard good things about that page, but hven't visited it that much.
I would still say for trunking that www.trunkedradio.net is one of the
best I have seen.  It even details trunking equipment, and for Motorola
equipment in the line of mobiles and portables even public safety they can
be very user friendly.  Has anyone done anything with the administrative
terminals software for Motorola or EDACS or LTR trunking with JAWSor
anything like that?  I've done a little research, and with Motorola some
of the Windows shortcuts work that you need to work with JAWS.  As for
dispatch terminals though this a lot of pointing and clicking, but they
can also work as touch screens as well.
