Tomi,

Two things. You cannot rebroadcast Hungarian programs. This will be
considered illegal. And, you are in fact under the Rules of the FCC. They
are responsible for the entire United States and it's territories. Being in
the woods will not protect you. You will be transmitting outside the woods
and the FCC governs the frequencies and not your specific property or mine.
So, beware. Also, if you are doing things illegal with your radio, the FCC
does have the right to come to your station and inspect and you'll be wise
to have a license. Also, you will create a bad feeling about you in your
area if you are transmitting without a license and they won't be as friendly
to you after you get it either. Hams police themselves. So, do not
transmit. Study!

Greg
