Hi, Bob.  Absolutely agree.  Actually, just got an email from 
them.  Seems a friend of mine at the store where I bought the scanner 
contacted someone in tech. support over at Uniden, and I got an email 
with their phone number.  Will call them later today.--Matt, N1IBB.
