Yes, I have the manual and keypad layout from this list.  I have been
reading the manual, and have a couple more questions.  The manual refers
to lr, uv//dr keys?

Also I noticed their tone chart has a few extras.  That is why 100 hz is
13..  I think standard subtones is 38, so you have to use the list in the
book, not the one I sent to the list a while back as the one I sent was
for commercial radios.
