While it is not cheep the Milestone 310 or 311 (replaced earlier) is
reported to be very accessible.  If you do find ones that are cheaper
please let the list know.

getting a digital recorder.  I want one that has a usb port so files can
be 
moved to the computer.  Does anyone have any experience or ideas for one

that is accessible.  Price, of course, is important.
