Butch,

As I understand it, in order to operate a remote station, you have to be in 
full control of the emissions.  If you're operating through someone else's 
router, you're not fully in control.  As I said, I'm not a legal expert, but 
if I were thinking about setting up a remote operation, these are the issues 
that would concern me.
