It brings you to another link to register and you have to do a capcha.  But
checking your choice on the ballot is not easy.  You have to select the
check graphic and do a left click to get it working and it might not say
checked.

I have since been up there to vote for Ed Walker.  The hardest part of = the
process is that when they play a small clip of an old time radio =
broadcast, you have to retype it as accurately as you can, and you have = to
keep trying if it rejects it.  Sometimes you have to click the link = to get
a new audio challenge, but you can do it with perseverance.

There are other well deserving nominees in other categories such as Dr. =
Demento, Dick Orkin and others.  It's too bad we can only vote for one = per
category.
