Maybe I'm missing something here.

Other than the inverter possibility, I'm not sure how I'd run the TS480 with 
the coach batteries since I'm planning to have the Ts480 in the main dining 
area.

I don't know if there's a direct connection to the 12-volt batteries over 
there.

How do you connect your TS480 to the coach batteries?
