Hi Richard, go to tools, then to preferences.  You will be in the lists
tab, so you want to shift tab once and right arrow to get to connections.
 Tab around until you find the PTT settings button and press the space
bar.  You should then see the radio buttons to change the push to talk
key and set it to momentary.  Hope this helps!
