Hi Beth,

Try to relax and enjoy life and go for your license.  It's a wonderful hobby 
and you will meet many wonderful people as evidenced by the folks on this 
list.

Assuming you are blind, you can find accessible study materials at the 
Handiham website.  You will have to join in order to access the material. 
$12 per year or $120 for a lifetime membership.  It is a wonderful resource. 
Also there is tons of help right here on this list.
