The antenna has the male end. There is a pin up inside the base of the
antenna.

The THF6, and most other hand helds, have the female SMA mounted on
the radio.

The Wouxun is reversed, with the male end on the radio, and the female
end on the antenna.

mike,

i'd like a clarification, please. How can you use the dual-female SMA
adaptor with the TH-F6 antenna when it has a female connector on it or
am I
just missing something? 73, Lou
