Frankly, I think $2,395.00 is a bit much to pay for a Pacmate even though it 
is designed for the blind, and that is only the basic package.  I mean you 
could get a pretty good lap top with Jaws for about half that especially 
since most of us have Jaws or some type of speech software anyway.
