links.  Does anyone know of another?  I think The Order is Docket 93-62.

The program is on The University of Texas Site.  It will accept the data
but 
won't link to the calculator.

Now Off Topic:  Is there a cell phone that will speak the list of
previous 
calls, not just the present caller?
