richard,
As you may know there are two types, the easy way is just about 7 or 8 turns
of your coax around about a 6 or 8 inch form like a 2 liter soda bottle.
This should be as close to the antenna feed point as possible. Hopefully
you've some extra cable in the run somewhere so you don't have to add more.  
The other type of common mode choke is the ferite bead type which is maybe
easier to install but more expensive.
