They have 2 or 3 telescoping antennas. The only one that is duo band is the
2 meter quarter wave which will work on 440. The 3 eights wave and half wave
models are strictly for 2 meters.

These telescoping antennas all have BNC connectors. I have never seen one
with an SMA.

As has been said, however, don't walk about, especially indoors, with these
antennas extended. It's like holding the handle of your cane near your nose
with the rest of it pointed at the ceiling! It gives a whole new meaning to
the term "upward mobility!"
