This source was mentioned on our list a year or two ago, so hopefully, they
are still in business.  I believe that this company will make up a wide
variety of possible cables, especially those requiring different
combinations of connectors.

While I've never used this guy, he is well reviewed on e-ham.  I've
suggested him more than once when guys on the list had  a need, but don't
know if anyone ever went this way:
