I've done larger and smaller agencies, to be honest, I've about used up 
every chance there is around my area and am very seriously entertaining 
moving somewhere cheaper and trying there. If anyone has suggestions or 
connections, I've already started cleaning out the stuff we won't need and 
are done with pretty much excepting the fact that moving might be a smart 
option sometime soon.

John, it is a lot harder to get into in the larger agencies.
Most of the time the higher ups in the agency won=E2=80=99t go for it.
