Hello, Scott:

Is the problem in receive or transmitted audio? I have the Logitech USB
Microphone/Headset which works very well with EchoLink but I had to set it
as the default in Windows XP and in the LogiTech set-up. I am sure you
checked to make sure you didn't accidentally depress the Mute button on the
cable that runs from the set to your computer. I have a very large head so
the microphone barely reaches my mouth! When you get it going and you will,
let me know and we'll chat.
