I have a friend who uses Outlook with Windows 7, and while it is similar to 
Outlook Express, it is not identical to it.  One difference I know of is 
that it is much harder for us to activate the BCC field, because you have to 
go into some utilities menu to do it which isn't easy to do or so I have 
been told.
