My parents used to buy me radio gear for Christmas and stuff, new always of
course, and HRO actually took that as alright, with my father's work
address, of course the last name might have had something to do with that
lol but anyway, I'm very bad about that, I've never had some one buy from me
wanting it as a gift to some one. I did however, have some one not too long
ago buy an Icom P2AT from me, my spare one, who was a new ham who didn't get
their ticket yet, I checked with the VE who happens to be a friend of mine
and she said he did pass. I check closely but when I got my first radio, an
HT, I know that person did the same thing.
