Hi Walt and the group,
If one hears HTML headings or other things like this and you just want them to go away, there is an answer. Well, at least for JAWS users. First open the message next highlight and copy the offending line to the clip board. Then do a JAWS key and the letter D. This opens the user dictionary. Then press enter. You should hear the that you copied to the clip board. If not paste the text from the clip board in this box. Next tab and type what you want to hear instead or press space if you don't want to hear any thing. Next keep tabbing to the OK button and press enter. Then do an alt F followed by an X. JAWS will ask you if you want to save the changes. press enter. You will be returned to the E-Mail and the line will be read in what ever way you told JAWS to read it or if you inserted a space instead of text in the above section you will hear nothing at all.
One will need to repeat this for each line they do not want to hear. It doesn't help the sender but it is a work around for the reader. Thus everyone can be happy.

God bless,
Mark
