Walt,

Push the "main" button to get out of the submenu.  It's the leftmost of the
four buttons in a diamond pattern just to the right of the  main tuning
knob.  Then use the multi knob on the right of the rig to get to another
menu number.  Within  a menu or submenu, use the up and down buttons to make
the change in settings.
