I finally was able to inter 5198 and 5199 and check the check box for this
to work, and 100  and checked the check box to allow it to work, then went
down to apply and hit enter.  Then I close down the router configuration and
went back into it, and this time the new settings were correct.  Is there
any thing else that I must do in order for echo link to work?
Here is the type of linksys router I have.
BEFSR41 v2 EtherFast Cable/DSL Router with 10/100 4-Port Switch
