The hampod has a text buffer mode which, I think, is designed to facilitate 
reading of RTTY and PSK transmissions. Like David, I haven't tried it yet 
although it's on my list of things to do whenever I get enough 
"Round-to-its." Maybe Rob will chime in on this.
